Job Description

Build and maintain capabilities for the Distribution business which includes External/Internal Retail Sales, Institutional, Distribution Operations, Client Service and Administration, and much more.

Principal Responsibilities:

·         Develop business logic and user experience capabilities on the Salesforce.com platform

·         Develop integrations between Salesforce.com and internal/external systems

·         Propose business solutions leveraging industry knowledge, AppExchange and other partner product knowledge, and thought leadership

·         Improve and evolve existing technical processes

·         Handle day to day operational questions/issues from the business

·         Collaborate with the team(s) to architect capabilities that align with the business capabilities roadmap

·         Collaborate with delivery manager and business partners to ensure technology roadmap is in alignment with business goals

·         Be willing to play any role on the delivery team as needed to support their high performing Agile delivery model

Job Requirements:

·         BS in Computer Science

·         2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform (declarative development, VisualForce and Apex classes) or Salesforce Developer Certification

·         Experience with partner products in the AppExchange marketplace

·         1+ years of experience using data integration technologies such as web services, ESB, Informatica, Autosys

·         Proven ability in successfully understanding and capturing business requirements, Strong collaboration, communication and leadership skills,

Other Plus Requirements:

Agile Scrum experience on a delivery team of 3 or more, experience in financial services industry, preferably in Asset Management or Mutual Funds, Experience in supporting a Sales organization, Strong knowledge of the CRM/SFA space – specifically customer and contact relationship management
