Role	BI Tech Lead
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	ü5+ years of BI experience üShould have strong distribution domain knowledge üStrong knowledge in Data warehouse concepts  and deign skills üKnowledge in Datastage and Teradata üShould have very good knowledge on SQL üGood communication skills üCan work as developer when need arise.
Roles and responsibility	ü Define Security Architecture and Standards.. ü Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle for ensuring Security Standards. ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects ü Stay current with emerging industry trends ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks ü Good written and oral communication ü Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions ü SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed ü DataStage and Teradata Knowledge Needed
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Work with different teams – Business, Solutions – BI, Portal and team of Architects to create overall Security Architecture for BI.
Total experience in required skill (years)	5 yrs
