JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Job Title	IT Testing Manager
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	10+  years
Technical/Functional Skills	• 10+ years of IT Testing Manager Experience • Experience with and a working knowledge of Oracle Application Modules • Experience managing large projects • Manage projects to successful On Time/On Budget/On Quality delivery • Strong project management full life cycle experience in large scale projects.  Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations • Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the program • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements • Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting structure • Able to manage financial and procurement duties as part of program management
Experience Required	• Knowledge of IT Processes and process-related tools • Understanding of Oracle ERP modules and Legacy Applications • Good understanding of DB (Oracle, PL/SQL) • Program management • Documentation skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as listening and interpersonal communication skills • Must have a strong customer service focus
Roles & Responsibilities	IT Testing Manager
Generic Managerial Skills	• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel • Ability to liaise with multi-vendor , multi geography groups to align all to meet Project goals • Ability to coordinate with large Project teams onsite and offshore to Plan, Monitor and control overall deliverables • Ability to clearly articulate project status, project pipeline status (planned v/s executed), project issues and risks and propose mitigation plans • Coordinate with leads and cross vendor teams in case of dependencies, issues in order to resolve any impasse • Maintain budget, Burn and resource capacities
Education	Bachelor's degree required
Duration of assignment (in Months)	1 Year +
Work Location	Schaumburg, IL
