7-8+ Years of experience is required.
JavaScript, Usability Information Design, User Interface Design, Usability
UI Developer(on the web, those are usually the guys who know absolutely everything about cross browser issues, progressive enhancement, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery)
