Handle Remedy ITSM Suite Application development- Level 3

6 – 10 years

 

Remedy Administration and Development – ITSM Suite  

Handle customization requests in remedy

Handle complex issues with remedy which would require changes in objects or workflow

Handle bugs in remedy 

Handle Incident, Change and Problem Management tickets

Handle configuration of Foundation data

Handle configuration and issues with email engine

Handle any other issues which are not in the scope of L1 and L2 support
