•                 Experience in application production support – Mandatory

•                 Experience in working in shifts, 24 X 7 teams – Mandatory

•                 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, incident management skills – Mandatory

•                 Good Unix and Redhat Linux experience – Mandatory

•                 Good shell and perl scripting experience – Mandatory

•                 Good understanding and experience of web applications running in weblogic – Mandatory

•                 Experience with troubleshooting and triaging application issues – Mandatory

•                 Experience in web browser development tools (HTTPAnalyzer, Fiddler, Firebug) – Mandatory

•                 Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP) – Mandatory

•                 Experience in defect management tools (HP QC, JIRA etc) – Mandatory

•                 Weblogic Admin experience – Desirable

•                 Experience in Site monitoring / Performance monitoring tools (Nagios, Gomez , Dynatrace etc) – Desirable

•                 Experience in Akamai setup and configurations – Desirable

•                 Experience in ATG eCommerce Platform – Desirable

•                 Understanding and experience in AEM (Previously known as Adobe CQ5) – Desirable

•                 Understanding of Java/J2EE – Desirable

•                 Oracle DB skills – Desirable
