Required Skills:
4+ years working experience in TIBCO major software (EMS, BusinessWorks, BusinessEvents, Hawk, BPM iProcess and Adapters)
Experience in Red Hat Linux, IBM AIX environment and tools
Knowledge in TIBCO architecture deployment and runtime administration
Ability to collect TIBCO trace data and to interact with vendor
Ability to manage complex EMS instance set up and BusinessWorks domains
Experience in start-up and shutdown scripting as well as recovery scripts
Strong grasp of Hawk tools and scripting;
Soft Skills:
Effective communication skills
Success attributes include initiative, the ability to perform under pressure, strong leadership, analytical problem-solving abilities; willingness to work during weekends
Self-motivated and can work autonomously
Responsibilities:
Will be a member of the Middleware operation team supporting production environment and major projects
Provide Middleware support including: Day-to-day System Administration tasks, Problem determination or troubleshooting for any issue, involved in project discussion and implementation, coordinate with all teams for support issues (database, network, and storage)
Will be managing the controls in set up and configuration including information security
Will also be required to be an effective communicator with external vendors like TIBCO or IBM for software issues
Work closely with project manager and other team members to ensure timely delivery of major projects
Willingness to perform 24x7 production support and weekend duties
Plan, install, and maintain systems software to ensure an efficient data processing environment
Provide technical support to both systems development and data center operations personnel
In conjunction with data processing operations and audit guidelines, develop procedures and standards for operations personnel
Assist in evaluating, recommending, acquiring, and installing new software or software upgrades
Keep current on software developments
Ensure compliance to Information Technology Management Policies (CITMP) and Standards

Participate in deployment of systems software and adapt new products with minimum supervision to the operating environment
