Job Description:
Functional Skills:
• 5-8 years of experience working in multiple Implementation projects across the Fusion HCM , TAM , Compensation Management and Benefits.
• The candidate must possess hands on experience on any of the Fusion Applications Human Capital Management Suite.
• Should have completed at least one full life-cycle implementation of Fusion Apps HCM.
• Very good understanding on delivered HR2HR Integration.
• In-depth understanding of activities with emphasis in the below areas of Fusion Apps:
o Workforce Deployment
o Workforce Development
o Workforce Compensation
• The successful applicant will encompass an in-depth understanding of payroll processing.
• Must perform Functional setups and configurations of Fusion HCM using Functional Setup Manager for at least one client.
• In-depth understanding of Security process in Fusion Apps. Good hands on experience using Oracle Identity Manager and Authorization Policy Manager
• Product Design experience is a major advantage for this role.
• Very good understanding on Reports and Dashboards delivered with Oracle Fusion Apps Business Intelligence for HCM.
• Should have capability of performing Gap analysis by reviewing our client’s requirements.
• Should possess Thought leadership and create a roadmap for our clients to adopt Fusion Apps.
• Understand future directions and the impact they will have on the product, product family and across families.
• Design and/or review user interface components through detailed analysis of the business processes.
• Compose scenarios/use cases of realistic business activities to validate modeling, design and development activities and provide a basis for testing.
• Participate in review of business requirements documents and business use cases.
• Produce estimates and communicate progress against them.
Additional Skills:
• Candidates with prior experience (5 Plus years) in PeopleSoft/ Oracle eBiz Core HRMS, Global Payroll, Talent Management and Absence Management applications.
• Create and build test cases and relate to customer business scenarios/cycles.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision making
• Ability to work well on a team
• Process and policy oriented
• Understanding of standard development methodologies
• Experience in designing and developing applications
• Knowledge of the purposes and process for reviewing specifications, design documents
