QNXT IVR Integration Consultant

Location: San Diego, CA

Project Overview and Purpose:    

Client is interested in integrating QNXT with their existing phone system. They do not currently have an IVR and every call is routed directly to a customer service representative. This is due to their stated service goal of every call being answered within 10 seconds.

• Looking for a QNXT technical expert/architect with experience installing and using QXI to create interfaces, ideally with phone systems similar to this.
• Client would like to pull the phone number off the caller ID as the calls come in, look up the member information based on that number, etc.
• This role would be to architect the solution and pass it off to client for implementation.
