8+ Years of Banking & Financial Domain Experience• 4+ Year of Pega 7.x, DCO Execution Experience• 2+ Year of Pega SD(Smart Dispute) Framework Experience• Requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control.• Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.• Validate functional requirements• Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.• Convert client specifications into architectural design useful for project development• Author Technical design, Technical capability recommendations to help backlog prioritization• Hands-on support for junior developers and the development backlog• Hands-on build of major components as per requirements,• Perform code reviews• Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.
