JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Author Technical design, Technical capability recommendations to help backlog prioritization

• Hands-on support for junior developers and the development backlog

• Hands-on build of major components as per requirements,

• Perform code reviews

Experience (Years)          10 & Above

Essential Skills   

• 8+ Years of Banking & Financial Domain Experience

• 4+ Year of Pega 7.x, DCO Execution Experience

• 2+ Year of Pega SD(Smart Dispute) Framework Experience

• Requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control.

• Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.

• Validate functional requirements

• Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

• Convert client specifications into architectural design useful for project development

• Author Technical design, Technical capability recommendations to help backlog prioritization• Hands-on support for junior developers and the development backlog• Hands-on build of major components as per requirements,

• Perform code reviews

• Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.
