Job Description:
3+ years administering and defining solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) for an application platform, preferably a data-related analytical application like Business Objects, Cognos, Oracle, Web Development, OBIEE or Informatica, you will be ready to face all application related challenges. Some of the things you'll be required to do
Leveraging your current skillset you will be poised to become an expert in the features, benefits and application of specific BI products (such as Tableau, Business Objects or new cloud-based BI tools)
Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate, standard formats.
Conduct needs analysis, data reviews, and product demonstrations
Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with teams assisting and guiding them through the challenges they face when adopting and using BI technologies
Drive all aspects of successful implementations from requirements and design to training and delivery
Be responsive to customer demands and mitigate objections or capability questions
Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis
Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members)
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
• Lean/Agile development experience
