Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long-term Contract

Must be USC/GC only

Job Description:

Java developer will be a member of a team that is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications. Specific requirements are as follows: 

Strong experience working with Spring Framework. 

Strong experience with Struts and Spring MVC. 

Strong experience in Java, J2EE, JSP and Tag libraries. 

Experience working on ORM tools such as Hibernate and JPA. 

Experience with Restful design principles and working experience with REST / JSON interfaces. 

Experience with front end frameworks including AngularJS. 

Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, REST and XML based web services AJAX, JQuery and JSON. 

Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and mocking techniques. 

Strong JDBC and Oracle database experience. 

Experience working with Source control (preferably subversion) 

Experience working on both Windows and UNIX servers. 

Experience working with Tomcat and WebSphere. 

Write/set up Maven to build, package, and deploy application code to the target JEE Application Server.. 

Working with applications through the full lifecycle implementation. 

Basic proficiency in UML modeling techniques. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Able to work effectively and cooperatively with other project staff to successfully implement web applications. 

REQUIRED (MINIMUM): 

Minimum 8+ years JAVA experience 

Minimum 8 years J2EE experience 

PREFERRED: 

BS degree in Computer Science 

Java certification 

Experience with AngularJS, Spring Framework,Hibernate, Tomcat, LDAP, Active Directory, WebSphere
