Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI::T+F2F Three or more years of experience developing complex object oriented programs and dynamic web sites using.NET (C# , VB); demonstrated experience with SQL Server or Oracle; detailed knowledge and experience with complex object oriented design principals; some exposure to Java is desired, but not required. • Ability to develop reports using tools such as SQL queries in Crystal Reports or Cognos. • Experience designing and programming web applications using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. • Skills in performing systems testing in the web environment, including unit tests, string tests, parallel tests, user acceptance tests, stress tests, benchmark tests, and regression tests. Ability to carry out the testing process in a clear, complete, technically sound, and well documented manner. • Detailed knowledge of Windows Servers operating systems and utilities, as well as familiar with Windows domain file sharing environment and a basic understanding of networking infrastructure. • Familiar with development and version control tools, such as Visual Studio, Subversion and Jira. • Knowledge of project management methods and tools such as MS Project and Agile (or similar). • Possess verbal and written communication skills sufficient to effectively relate technical and non-technical information to others, develop system documentation and to deliver presentations on technical topics. • Demonstrated experience developing applications using service oriented architecture (SOA); experience with SOAP or Rest.
