·         Work with client team to define the functional requirement related to SFDC Service Cloud (Portal/Communities/Case Management/Knowledge/Service Account Management)

·         Prepare Functional design document and process flows

·         Work with client team to define the functional requirement

·         Guide the customer related to Service Cloud implementation best practices

·         Ensure proposed solution meets the requirement
