Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
1. Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Construction, Healthcare industry, Operations functional support, or cost accounting experience is all pluses.
2. Strong experience creating financial models, including use of database manipulation (e.g. Access & Excel). Strong SQL and Microsoft Access and Excel skill
3. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Should be able to run large meetings independently.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issues.
2. Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with all levels of management
Detailed Job Description:
RESPONSIBLITIES Use broad financial analysis and business knowledge to identify financial issues and opportunities to optimize financial results and to driveinfluence management decisions. Design and develop financial planning and control processes and systems. Review, analyze and forecast expenses and capital. Exercise financial influence in driving cost effective actions. Partner with other financial liaisons in preparation of management reporting package, and other special projects.
Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years
Education/ Certifications (Required):
BS in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred, CPA a plus.
