Job Description:
ü The SAP TM Functional Support Specialist¿s responsibilities include supporting the SAP TM production environment and ongoing projects as needed. This is both a business analysis and systems support role.
ü Should be able to work under minimal supervision and provide direct support to business units utilizing applications used in the Logistics department. Local candidates only.
ü Requirements Provide support of enterprise applications, to include moderately complex needs analysis, trouble shooting, configuration, and changes for supported applications.
ü Work closely with the business and other teams on system enhancements.
ü Complete unit testing system changes before production loads.
ü Coordinate testing and document results.
ü Assist in the evaluation and selection of the best solution from many possible alternatives, to handle various business needs as they arise.
ü Assist in the coordination of the adoption of new business procedures resulting from system improvements, through the development of documentation, training, and communication plans.
ü Interacts with business end users in all phases of support activities.
ü Ability to work with other SAP Functional/Technical team members and eventually business people in gathering requirements, designing, unit testing, support integration and user acceptance testing, support post install
ü Adhere to ArcelorMittal standards for software development and change management
ü Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
ü Working hours: Onsite Indiana Harbor M F 8 5pm (occasional off hour support)
Technical Skills: (5+ years)
ü Experience with TM 9.1 or above. Experience in following functions is a must:
ü CIF Integration Models Definition and Configuration
ü Transportation Network
ü Business Share
ü Freight Units building
ü Optimizer Configuration including the selection profile, planning profile, incompatibilities etc.
ü Order Tendering and Carrier Determination.
ü Transportation Charge Management Configuration.
ü Carrier Collaboration Portal
ü BRF+ and condition tables.
ü Knowledge of RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, User Exits, and enhancement points is preferred
ü ABAP debugging, BW reporting, batch job analysis skills are a plus
ü Functional understanding of TM¿s integration with other SAP modules (S/4 HANA 1511 on premise) is a plus
