Job Description:
SalesForce.com Modules Sales Cloud: Sales Force automation including Leads, Web to Lead, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, Orders, Forecasting, Price Books, Products Service Cloud:
Cases, Solutions, Ideas, Communities, Web to Case, Email to Case, Knowledge base, SLAs
Gather Requirement, fine-tune and elicit, take sign off from business and IT stakeholders
•Prepare and conduct interviews and workshops with Business and IT stakeholders
•Understand business objectives and use-cases for the Sales force application
•Work with Solution Architect to ensure functional solution works within Salesforce.com architecture
•Generate business process documentation and functional design documents where applicable
•Document business processes of the entire Sales force org
•Contribute to the Solution Design
