· Cloud Infrastructure
· Min 10 years experience
· Specialist in Windows support (Microsoft certification preferred but not required)
· Scripting/automation via PowerShell, VBscript, AutoIT or the like
· SAN storage infrastructure experience (EMC in particular)
· Microsoft Clustering experience
· Microsoft SQL experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting experience)
· Microsoft Exchange experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting experience)
· Resolve escalated application and system support issues
· Define problem management processes for service outages
· Bring system changes into Production and performing initial implementations
· Implementing high-risk changes, e.g. application patches, software upgrades
· Server builds
· Troubleshoot root causes of problems through liaisons with external vendors and internal teams
