Job Summary:

The scope of this role is to support the business during the spin-off of the Diversely includes playing an active role in the migration as well as supporting the team in their day to day roles whilst they are occupied with spin off activities, which may include. Resolving routine to moderately complex administrative and support issues, solving unique and sometimes complex problems that have an impact on the business. 

This position will provide support to the spin off process and the L3 GNS Team

Position is required to be moderate/advanced professional in routing/switching, and, network Operations support (similar to experienced CCNA and/or beginner CCNP)

Work with other Operations teams (server, storage, backup, network, etc) to determine ways to support the spin off process.

Possible International Travels required. (Passport required)

Scope: Geographic Responsibility - Global Typical Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor/University

Experience: 

3 – 5 Years Skills, Certification or Special Training Required (If applicable, please indicate below.)

This position requires a high degree of teamwork. They will need to be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Effective English written and oral communication skills, excellent problem resolution skills, and must like working in a global team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a commitment to customer service.
