Job Description:
· Facilitates requirements gathering and user story workshops.
· Conduct gap analysis the business requirements and create templates or any artifact needed to prevent gaps in the future.
· Creates user stories, use case diagrams, value stream maps, acceptance tests, personas, object role models, etc. to communicate high-level technical functions and requirements.
· Work closely with the teams to ensure user requirements and stories are well understood and develop accordingly.
· Facilitates UAT sessions with multiple business teams and documents feedback to improve the overall results of the solutions.
· Responsible for sprint demos to business users and training the trainers for rollouts.
· Responsible for rollout support and transition to application support desk team.
· Facilitates change requests review and approval by the Change Review Board when required.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and propose business solutions.
· Leverage deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead project teams as both a scrum master and project manager.
· Participates in special projects.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
