Job Title: MongoDB Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6-12 months
JOB SUMMARY
Must have:
Strong MongoDB database design experience.(Data modelling, data design, etc)
Sound knowledge on MongoDB collection and indexes & aggregation framework.
Proficient in designing and developing enterprise solutions using MongoDB.
Responsible for data migration including scripts.
Hands on operational experience like scaling, HA, monitoring, security and backup
Candidates submitted however are tremendously lacking the above mentioned skills. Instead DBA candidates are being submitted for this role, which is not correct. What is being done to correct his? 10 candidates have been submitted and screened by the team but they are not the right candidates. Please confirm that going forward, candidates submitted will have MongoDB DB design, modeling, and data migration experience.
