POSITION:

 

Position Role               : System Administrator

Assignment Location   : Minneapolis, MN/Newark, NJ/ Edina, MN

Project Duration           : 12+ months

 

 

REQUIREMENT:

 

Hands-on experience in managing, configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory and enterprise random password management tools (Lieberman, Trend micro, Lastpass, Kaspersky Pure, 1password etc..)? Capable of Design, Architect, Deploy, Migrate industry standard ERPM and Active Directory solutions? Strong analytical and problem solving skills and restore services immediately? Hands-on experience in deployment and migration activities? Bringing industry standard best practices and implement in Tools and Technologies.? Handle complex issues and provide resolution with immediate effect.? Identification of root cause related to tool issues and capable of providing corrective and preventive actions? Sound knowledge on performance fine-tuning, capacity analysis and provide recommendations as per industry best practices? Good analytical skills on various tools and quickly act on password related and AD Incident response and remediation? Understand regulatory compliance such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA etc.? Having good Communication and presentation skills ? Handle incident, Problem, Change and configuration management as per ITIL process.? Providing optimization, service improvement plans and transformation solution on the tools? Provide timely metrics report on tools performance including trend analysis? Good in cross domain support skills to handle multiple tools and technologies? Expertise in providing technical training to associates? Professional Communication skill set (fluent in English speaking and writing)? Sound knowledge of various protocols and services (IP, TCP/IP, Syslog, SNMP, NTP etc.)? Sound knowledge of windows, Unix platforms and network devices such as Switches, Routers, Load balancers, DNS, DHCP, ACS concepts, firewalls etc..
