Role::Data Analyst

Duration : 6 months

Location:: Atlanta, GA

 

Responsibilities :

-              Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

-              Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources

-              Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

-              Closely Work with IT security team to prioritize business and information needs

-             Document the business processes and enhancement opportunities for the process

-              Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

-              Monitor the service request portal for the IT security team

 

Requirements:

-              Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

-              Hands on with the business requirement gathering and documentation

-              Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

-              Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

-              Adept at running queries, report writing and presenting findings

-              Frequently includes importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes

-              Should have basic knowledge to write command lines to run queries in PuTTY, JRE, JDK

-              Should have advance level knowledge in Excel (like VlookUp, countif, sumif, Pivotal Table, conditional formatting, custom formatting, Index, match offset, logical functions, etc)
