Location:                        East Chicago, IN  

Duration:                        6+ Months/Contract

Interview: Phone and Face 2 Face

Rate is $45/hr 

Requirements:

• Excellent oral & written communication skills is a must
• Proven skills in organization, prioritization, time-management, and decision-making
• Good knowledge and experience in the SDLC (System Design Life Cycle)
• Good debugging skills
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop design specifications (working with business and IT contacts)
• Extensive experience with technical software development  (Understands online and batch concepts.  Fluent in best practices)
• Good knowledge on database design and performance concepts
• Ability to develop, execute, and document test scripts
• Adhere to Arcelor Mittal standards for software development and change management
• Provide production system support as necessary
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Working knowledge of Web Services
• Working hours: Onsite Indiana Harbor M-F 8-5pm, w/ 1 hr lunch break (occasional off hour support)

Experience Requirements:

Minimum Basic Requirements

4 years of Web development experience in a Microsoft environment

Education Requirements:

Minimum Basic Requirements

Two year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience

Preferred Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or an MBA with undergraduate work in Computer Science or related field
