WSRR JD(Consists of WAS activities as well):

1) Strong Experience of WebSphere Application server Build, configuration and trouble shooting.

2) Real time experience in trouble shooting, and configuration for WebSphere Application server.

3) Configuring various resources like Data sources, connection factories.

4) Real time Experience working with Service integration Bus and the Activation specifications\

5) Performance turning.

6) trouble shooting and Heap dump and core dump analysis.

7) Understanding and configuration of SSL communication

8) Enabling cross cell communication.

9) Experience working with webservers and configuring the plugins.

WSRR

1) Customizing WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR) for SOA governance

2) Configuring Various Promotions topologies

3) Customizing the Dashboard and Should be able to understand and work on various views , roles and permissions

4) trouble shooting Experience. For both WebSphere Application server and WSRR.

5) Understanding various configuration topologies and implementing.

6) Strong understanding of WSDL , XSD and XML.

7) Experience on the WSRR Studio and Active profile configuration is appreciated.

8) Web service life cycle design and Active profile configuration.

9) Strong Understanding of Web services and life cycles.

10) Configuration Email notifications for the Subscriptions for WSRR.
