Description:
5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional
experience (8+ years in total).
At least four years of experience using, building and maintaining combination of following Network Security Products:
Checkpoint
Checkpoint VSX / Appliances
Cisco ASA/PIX
Juniper SRX
Juniper NetScreen
Fortinet/FortiGate
BlueCoat Proxy
MS TMG/ISA Proxy
F5 LB
Foundry
McAfee NIPS
TippingPoint NIPS
Additional Education desired:
• Network Security Concepts
• Virtualization Technology
• Firemon
• HP Network Automation (HPNA)
• HP Openview
• High-availability & Clustering
• Cloud Infrastructure Computing
• Internet protocols such as SSH, Secure FTP, http, etc.
• Network technologies – switching, routing
• Solid skills in using MS Project, MS Office and SharePoint are a plus
• Knowledge on Unix/Linux and Windows technologies and services
