 Job Description:        The worker(s) will assist Applications Management (AM) staff in support of the fiscal years 2016-2017 IISIAPE project.  Part of the IISIAPE project will be to remediate applications identified by the Health and Human Services (HHS) Security Monitoring and Application Remediation Task-force (SMART) project as having security vulnerabilities.

Duties include:

1. Design, develop, test and deploy web services and Java code resulting from the SRS and defects.
2. Interface with other DADS development groups to ensure customer support provided as required.
3. Provide after-hours support.
4. Other duties as assigned.

5              Experience in using Rational Application Developer 7 or greater

5              Experience in Unix programming development

5              Experience in performing rigorous test case scenarios

5              Experience with GUI (Desktop and Web)

5              Web services programming experience

5              Previous experience validating business requirements and design specifications with users

4              System design experience (Batch and Online)

4              Experience in developing rigorous test case scenarios using UML or similar technology

4              Experience with customer service

4              Experience providing after-hours support

4              Experience developing rigorous Unit Test scripts

4              Experience creating application builds and working with code versioning tools

3              Experience in Informatica development

3              Experience in Perl programming development

3              Experience developing Accessible application systems that are Section 508 compliant

 

Preferred skill requirements in years

3              Experience working in a State/Federal government environment.

1              Experience with DADS programs a plus.
