Job Summary:

 

Document management team – team responsible for enterprise content management solutions

IBM FileNet is the platform they use for document management - similar to SharePoint, although FileNet caters to a much larger volume of document

They do a daily stand up – use more of a Kanban type of approach

3 week sprint schedule

 

Responsibilities:

 

Requirements gathering

Data from Enterprise Content Management systems - mortgage related

Responsible for 3 main deliverables: requirements document (includes process flow diagrams, capture current and future state of system), test scripts, and test results – also responsible for putting together release notes

Functional testing of requirement – preparing test scripts, executing test cases – use JIRA – easy to learn

Basic SQL queries

Must haves:

 

Mortgage industry experience – mortgage servicing, etc.- preferred but not required

FileNet required

Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environment

SQL experience – fairly basic - extract data for analysis and testing, looking for test data

Excellent communication skills, curiosity, imitative

Functional testing experience – test scripts, test cases, etc.
