Technical/Functional Skills

 

 

ASP .Net, Java/J2EE

Must have:
ASP .Net experience

Java/J2EE  exposure

Nice to have:
Hibernate; JMS – clustered environment (Weblogic)
REST/SOAP services - security, JSON/XML .
SQL/JDBC (Oracle)
Bootstrap
Unix – shell script
Software development experience using agile methodologies.

 

Roles & Responsibilities-

1.        Production Support Coordinator
2.        Triage, analyze and fix production issues/outages and incidents
3.        Coordinate with offshore for PSM work .

Generic Managerial Skills-

Strong communication skills for PSM, Coordination with all stakeholders
