Urgent need of Oracle GoldenGate DBA === Oaks, PA == Must be local to PA.

Role: Oracle GoldenGate DBA

Location: Oaks, PA

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $50/hr on C2C.

Must be local to PA and available for face to face interview. 

Looking for a a Oracle DBA w/GoldenGate experience. Please note: GoldenGate is a replication tool for Oracle. 

Oracle DBA who is in expert in Golden Gate… someone who has filtered tables.. not all data and has performed specific extractions 

Please note; Client does not want a DBA who just takes care of database systems. They need someone with the skills listed below above.

Required Skill Sets: 

• Experienced with GoldenGate 12c installation and configuration. 

• Creation of GoldenGate parameter files for data transformation. 

• Experience with GoldenGate Integrated data capture for Oracle. 

• Familiar with GoldenGate Data Conflict Avoidance techniques. 

• Ability to configure the automation of GoldenGate through O/S scripts. 

• Experience with GoldenGate configuration in an Oracle RAC environment. 

• Familiarity with Active-Active and Multi-Master GoldenGate configurations. 

• Ability to diagnose and understand GoldenGate errors and replication failures. 

• Competence with Oracle database administration and schema design. 

• Proficiency with UNIX/Linux operating systems and shell scripting. 

• Strong written and verbal skills with a focus on customer service. 

• Ability to work in virtual teams and independently when required. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5+ years of GoldenGate / Oracle DBA experience. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, related engineering, or technical fields. 

• Oracle certifications a plus.
