Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, other related discipline or relevant work experience
REQUIRED
• 2-4 years networking experience in cellular or telecommunications environment
• Detailed knowledge and direct extensive experience with LTE RAN hardware and software products (eNodeB)
• Detailed understanding of LTE/VoLTE call flow
• Extensive hands-on experience in configuring eNodeBs:
• Nokia: bCEM, bCEM2, eCCM, TRDU, RRH, MRO, MCO
• Ericsson: DUL/DUS, BB52XX, RU, RRU, AIR, R503
• Samsung: Digital and Radio Units
• Experience leading and participating in projects and technical discussions
• Good understanding of EPC core elements
• Basic understanding of RF principles
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong team building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral / written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with hardware and software testing/validation
• Experience with CRAN, ERAN and/or VRAN
• Experience in an operational environment
• Network management experience, including fault and performance Management systems (SAM, NetACT, OSS)
