Job Description:

Had a clarification with customer on the skill set needed for the front end developer. Here is the expectation

For the front end developer, while it is not absolutely required to have .net skill, but it will be a big plus if they do so we may also use them for mid layer development down the road

So the candidate preferred is very good front end developer and NOT a core .NET developer.

Must Have skills:

·         3+ years experience in web development

·         Familiar with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, Angular 2, Bootstrap 3.x, Typescript

·         Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills

·         Software engineering experience in object oriented design and applying loosely coupled distributed design patterns to realize mid to large size web applications.

·         Must understand the need to and be willing to develop unit and integration tests.  Experience with Web application Unit Test such as using Jasmine.

·         Experience in agile/scrum teams using TFS

·         Solid understanding of the software development process and experience working on agile teams

·         Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or other related field.  Advanced degree is preferred.

 Desired Qualifications:

·         Experience with front end web graphics development

·         Oil and Gas experience including drilling or geological related applications development

·         Experience with Scientific applications development
