Required Skills -

 

• Working knowledge of Workforce Performance Builder, SAP training experience.

• Responsibilities: Training Lead will create a high level End User Training Strategy that provides best practice guidance to the Client's Training Lead.

It will include recommendations for: • Needs Analysis (Training Infrastructure and Demographic data) • Course Identification • Training Client • Super User/ Trainer Network • Training Logistics • Role Mapping

• Training Material Development • Train the trainer (How to teach and use the training material)

Living in Chicago area or near to Dubuque Iowa is ideal.
