| MOI : Telephonic followed by Skype Lead QA Analyst General position description: Establish, conduct and perform consistent, effective and thorough methods of analysis and testing. Ensure all business requirements are met and tested thoroughly prior to implementation into production systems. Provide testing analysis, design and execution feedback relative to business system and procedural issues. Duties: · Ensure product development and system modifications have been thoroughly tested so that data is legitimate, factual and consistent with needs and objectives · Develop and execute test plans; analyze output for accuracy and completeness; coordinate evaluation of test outcomes with appropriate staff. Track metrics on defects, test results, etc. · Establish, conduct and control testing scenarios and predictive outcomes. · Evaluate project requirements during planning and testing processes. · Facilitate communication among business, management, and ITS personnel. · Report project status and progress of activity to Project Managers and Managers. · Analyze software and related processes for business risk and procedural impact. · Establish and adhere to testing standards · Prepare procedures and documentation according to the project process and ITS procedures. · Comply with Change Management requirements. Skills: · Insurance industry background and testing experience. · Mercury Quality Center 8.2 (min. experience of a year or more) · QTP 8.2 preferably (min. experience of a year or more) · VBScript or Visual Basic |
