Role : Sr. Business Analyst

Location : Columbus, OH

 

Job description:

A senior BA who has extensive experience in supporting an Agile software development team.

Experience in building a multitenant, large-scale web application (SaaS) with responsive designs.

Experience in working with offshore development team.

Solicits client requirements through interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.

Extensive experience in writing epics, user stories, defining specific, concise acceptance criteria, and grooming stories into multiple smaller stories based upon logical separation points.

Proactively validates conflicting or unclear inputs from business teams and technical teams.

Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment – self-starter, wearing a few hats, high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.

Expert in Agile development tools – Jira, Confluence.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent project management skills that includes approval process and management engagement in processes.
