Role: SFDC Solution Architect

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Duration of contract: Long term

Technical Skills:-

Position Summary: Reporting into the Director, Chief Solutions Architect, the Enterprise Solution Architect will have overall responsibility for the creation of the end-to-end Solution Architectures for Customer Engagement.   This role requires an experienced Marketing technology expert to support Marketing, sales and Customer Service organization.   The qualified candidate must possess expertise in application architecture and strategy for customer engagement platforms.

 

Description:

•         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or a combination of related experience and education

•         14+ years IT experience with at least 8+ years in design and development of Marketing and CRM solutions for both business to business and business to customer audiences.

•         Extensive experience in developing end-to-end solutions architecture and roadmaps for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions that aligns with business priorities.

•         Expert level technology skills in SFDC Sales & Service cloud, CPQ tool and Marketing tool such as Eloqua & Aprimo.

•         Experience in CRM integration with product and customer repository as well as back office order management systems such as SAP/ERP.

•         Experience implementing eCommerce platforms.

•         Thorough functional and process knowledge of Market resource management, campaign management, sales and Prospecting.

•         Knowledge of data mining and analytics preferred

•         Must have end-to-end implementation experience

•         Well versed Security architecture, MDM Strategy, Enterprise Integration patterns, Information architecture

•         Excellent time-management skills

•         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•         Able to work under tight deadlines

•         Strong attention to detail

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•         Work well independently and in a team environment

•         Competence in Social media is highly desirable
