Job Description : We are looking for Strong Oracle PL SQL Sr. Developer / Tech Lead with atleast 11+ years of experience who has recently work on Hadoop ecosystem components like HDFS, HIVE, HBASE, HUE, SPARK etc.
List of mandatory criteria/skillset:
Min 11+ years of IT experience working with Oracle databases
Must have strong experience with Data Warehouse design
Strong technical knowledge about designing and developing applications
Strong knowledge on performance tuning of oracle code and queries
Must have experience as technical lead designing applications from ground up
Must be proficient in writing stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, partitioned tables, indexes, bulk operations, collections
Must be proficient in files processing and files movements on UNIX server
Must be proficient in writing UNIX scripts
Must have worked in Agile teams for more than 1 year
Must be proficient in Agile process and personal priorities to follow them on day to day basis
Must be trained in Hadoop EcoSystem tools like SPARK, HIVE, HUE, HDFS
Atleast 6 months experience in Hadoop teams and project is a HUGH PLUS.

Title : Sr Scrum Master
Location : Wilmington, DE
Duration : Long Term
Interview process: Telephone followed by F2F
Job description :
2 years' experience as a Scrum Master working with at least one high performing team
3 years' experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple Agile teams
Experience and understanding of Devops concepts - Must Have
Excellent debugging skills in Devops environment; coordinate across the teams
Comfortable in understanding Infrastructure concepts and environments
Comfortable in understanding a Unix/Linux based environment.
Comfortable in understanding Cloud based environments and concepts like AWS, Openstack, OpenShift, Docker Containers and CI/CD toolsets.
Complete understanding Agile concepts, Agile practices and principles, roles and responsibilities
Complete understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipeline delivery
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as, Stand up, Planning, Demo, Retrospective, Grooming, and the best practices associated with them.
Experience working in different areas of banking technology (website, Mobile, Desktop, IVR, etc…)
Agile coaching experience - nice to have
Basic understanding of LDAP or Active Directory concepts
Ability to chase service and request tickets aggressively to completion to meet tight project deadlines as required
Cloud and infrastructure concepts like (AWS, Openstack, Azure) - Nice to have
Working knowledge of Scrum tools – Rally
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent and relevant work experience.
Scrum Master Certification - Nice to have not required
