Need : Sr SFDC Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 3-4 months

Location : Redwood city, CA – Locals only

 

Job Qualifications:

•                Overall 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com experience administering Sales Cloud

•                Proven experience analyzing and resolving complex processes or technical issues.

•                Demonstrated experience using visualization tools to drive performance.

•                Experience with writing requirements for web portal applications

•                Drupal/Marketo forms experience is a nice to have

Job Responsibilities:

•                Closely work with business to elicit, discover and gather business requirements. Interact with business partners in preparing the creation of end-to-end specifications and document functional solutions

•                Provide hands on expertise in defining, documenting and improving business processes. Perform impact and gap-fit analysis of project requests to existing process setups

•                Perform business and data analysis requirements in Web Portal services team to allow seamless integration of both internal and external facing systems.

•                Effectively communicate architecture and design to the development team

•                Collaborate with web team and UI developers to deliver compelling customer-facing portals

•                Lead Salesforce.com projects for the Sales organizations.  Drive user adoption of existing functionality and applications.

•                Lead cross-functional projects in support of Sales initiatives.

•                Configure page layouts, workflows and triggers using salesforce.com
