Position Qualifications
Write and executes detailed test cases.
Experience with test management tools like HP Quality Center / ALM is required.
Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum.
Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT audiences.
Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams.
Consistently delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Independently develops key deliverables and publishes without supervisor review.
Proactively applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts.
Retail / supply chain background is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
3+ years experience in testing / QA.
What are the top 3 skills you are looking for? – Detail Oriented, Analytical, Problem Solving.
Is there a possibility for extension? - Yes (they are waiting for a PAR to be approved)
What is the size of team, and who will this candidate be working with? Will be a part of a QA project team that is around 8-10 members.
What is the interview process, and timing behind it? – Need to hire as soon as possible. Will be interviewed by at least two L Brands QA associates who are leading the project.
