Job Description and roles and responsibility:
This is a dual role.
6 - 7 years in the related field.
Admin Role:
- Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
- Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.
- Manage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce.com.
- Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features.
- Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce.com objects and functions.
- Create custom objects when necessary.
- Handle on-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com.
- Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
- Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Developer Role:
- Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications.
- Must have at least 3-5 Years of SFDC development experience and overall experience of 6-7 years
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.
- Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers etc.
- Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.
- Must have through knowledge on Lighthing features and Wave analytics. Experience in lighthing development is desirable.
- Should have 401 and ADM Certification.
- Minimum they have Developer certification and have working experience of Admin
- Excellent Communication with Customer and Client.
