Requirement 1:
Position: Appian Architect
Location: SFO, CA
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
Appian Architect – 1 Nos (Candidate should have total 10 years of experience with 7 plus years of relevant experience).
Overall 10+ years of experience and more than 7 years of experience in any BPM tool(s)
Should have experience on both development and support projects, and also good in setting up BPM environments
Should have any BPM certifications
Sound knowledge on Upgrade, Integrations, Performance Management, Capacity planning, and all Pega relevant tools
Good in experience Architectural and Design aspects
Sound communication, client facing and analytical skills
Banking domain knowledge will be a plus
Hands on experience in BPM frameworks if any
Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
Good experience on Design Review, Code Review. Best Practices and Guardrails.
Strong RDBMS knowledge.
Motivated person with strong Leadership Qualities.
Requirement 2:
Position: Appian Lead
Location: SFO, CA
Duration: Long term
Appian Lead – 2 Nos (6 to 8 years of relevant experience).
Must have 2 + years of experience in design and implementation of BPM based solutions using Appian BPM software
Experience with Appian 7.x/6.x version
Must be ACAD (Appian Certified Application Designer) level 1 certified
Have worked on one or more Appian BPM implementations
Ability to convert the Process requirements to Prototypes and screen flows for demonstration to business
Experience in estimation, coordination with onshore and offshore teams and delegating work
Around 3 years of specialized experience in software delivery or software development (Java/JEE)
Assist clients in identifying other business process opportunities that could be targeted with Appian's software
Experience or working knowledge in each of the following technologies:
Solid fundamentals in languages such as Java and JavaScript, and integration technologies such as web services, ESB, JEE Application Servers - JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere, Web Servers - Apache, IIS
Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications
Strong problem solving and design skills Appian-specific BPM development
Strong communication and presentation skills
