Role: Data Analyst
Location: St. Paul MN is looking for a data administrator for a 12+ month contract.

Visa: GC, GC EAD or Citizen/OpT

The Data Administrator – Syndication will be responsible for actions that involve the exchange of large amounts of product data between company divisions and their channel partners. It will be this person's responsibility to perform an ETL function (Extract, Transform, Load) coordinate, collect and transmit item level product information to channel partners using company systems, Microsoft Excel, retailer portals and third party data pools.
Responsibilities include:
Aggregate product attributes and images from various data sources such as GGSM, GSDB, Hybris, Celum
Reformat and modify content to meet channel partner requirements
Transfer content to channel partners using the company's PIM system, Microsoft Excel, retailer portals and third party data pools
Execute routine audit (refresh) procedures to assure product data (internal and external) remains in sync
Bring new channel partner data requirements forward into acquisition steps of the data management process
Provide operational support for all data syndication activities with channel partners
Work with marketers, supply chain, channel partners, GXS, 1Sync and vendors to ensure accurate and timely syndication of product data. Develop and end-to-end understanding of processes and systems.
Identify root cause and resolve data synchronization errors
Escalate quality issues to appropriate areas
Maintain and report metrics on quantity and quality of work
Process ad-hoc data requests from channel partners and businesses
Provide input on syndication system and process improvements


Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma
1+ years' professional experience with data management and manipulation including proficiency with Microsoft Excel v-lookups and functions and working with large data sets of 20K+ lines
Attention to detail and detail oriented to ensure information accuracy
Ability to think critically, grasp system design and interdependencies, and understand relationships between critical issues
Solid verbal and written communication skills
An excellent team member and comfortable working in a team environment
