Job Title : Business Analyst with Healthcare Experience
Location : Washington, DC (Need Local/ Nearby)
Duration : 6+Months Contract
Rate : 50/hr on C2C (MAX)
Phone and Face to Face Interview (No Skype)
The ideal candidate will have the following skills or abilities:
5-7 Years of Healthcare payer experience
Excellent communications skills
5-7 years of combined experience as a BA or Project Coordinator in SDLC
3+ years' experience as an Agile Business Analyst
3+ years of experience with Scrum
Agile Acceptance Test Framework
Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or PMI certifications are nice to have but not required
3+ years of experience with Agile principles
Proficient in Rally agile story management tool
Proficient in story writing (INVEST, and other patterns)
Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
SCRUM Certification a plus
Experience using JIRA or Grasshopper a plus
Bachelor's degree in IS, BA or related field and BA Certification preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Deliverables: User Stories, Epic Explainers, Presentation and Training Materials, test cases
