Job Title : Mainframe Developer
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Duration : 06+ Months
Rate: $45/hour
Description:
Must Have Skills:
• Mainframe Technologies: Cobol, IMS DB DC, JCL
Should have knowledhe of SCEPTRE platform
• Should be a hands-on manager, but must be able to work without losing sight of the big picture
• Prior experience in Project Management including leading a team at onsite
• Have good amount of exposure in client handling at onsite locations
• 8+ years of experience
• Leading a large team of technical experts in Mainframe and IMS DB/DC
• Act as a Point of contact for customer team and liaise with the Project Sponsor as required
• Communicate project progress to Project Sponsor(s) and Cognizant leadership
• Responsible for ensuring delivery on commitments and ensuring that the delivered solution fulfills the needs of the business
• Reviewing status and facilitating risk mitigation
• Coordinate project resource planning and utilization
