Must Have:

JBOSS HUGE- since struggling w/ current JBOSS app

Super Strong Linux/ Unix

Admin of servers both VM and Physical

App Server exp ( Weblogic or JBOSS.. I'm focusing on JBOSS)

Monitor and maintenance of servers using Nagios

Continuous Integration ( jenkins)

Automation of deployments ( either ansible or puppet)

Scripting in Bash or Shell or Python or Perl

DB EXP: Write queries

 

Nice to Have:

Cloud Foundry

Hadoop ( currently have a 15 node cluster)
