Duration              :               11+ Months
Interview            :               Phone then Face to Face

We are only looking at candidates with a minimum of 10 years of total experience.

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support existing production system, including troubleshooting, bug fixing and support business users

·         Build & deliver secure, scalable low-latency services, mobile applications and high availability/high reliability software on time

·         Innovate and embrace creative approaches to various customer experience enhancing projects & integrating with systems

·         Propose, prototype and evaluate multiple areas of optimization for e-commerce applications and mobile-optimized sites

·         Provide hands-on code contribution and shipping responsibility - libraries, API's, documentations

 

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or 10+ years of relevant work experience

·         Strong CS fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving)

·         8+ years of experience with C#

·         Proficient in T-SQL programming constructs & MS SQL Server optimization techniques

·         Experience working in an agile development environment

·         Ability to manage expectations, meet firm deadlines and thrive in a dynamic work environment

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience training and mentoring the engineering community on complex technical issues

 

Qualities we are looking for:

·         Passionate hands-on developer (github, bitbucket, personal projects, blog, etc.,. would be a big plus)

·         Having designed complex systems would be an advantage

·         A self learner & someone who takes initiative & ownership

·         Experience as a Polyglot programmer a plus
