Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:-Telephonic followed by Skype Must have Selenium, Protractor & Cucumber Experience Job Details: Senior Level Candidates ONLY 3 MUST HAVES: MUST have Played a lead role in test automation MUST have Selenium, Protractor AND Cucumber experience MUST have experience working in an agile environment   This Test Automation Lead has outputs that provide the framework, standards, and guidance for automated script development and execution. Responsible for development and oversight of test automation strategies and functions ensuring the highest quality delivery of systems including; automation framework, automation scripting guidance, standardized test architecture, and associated methodologies and process architecture, test automation strategy, end to end test automation strategy, and test environment strategy requirements.   MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of automation components. Establishes automation tools, frameworks and methodology. Mentors staff in testing automation processes. Establishes current automation architectures as business and technical conditions change. Supervises the use of appropriate automation methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design. Facilitates review of applications for automation needs and requirements/design quality. Provides consultation to projects and application support groups regarding automation design, development and execution. Understands organizational impacts and trade-offs of automation processes. Coordinate with technology teams, business analysts , developers, and testers Experienced in planning work tasks in an Agile-Scrum development platform.   TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE Selenium/Protractor - Required Cucumber - Required Front-end/Back-end development JQuery AngularJS HTML5 Watir/Ruby X-ray JavaScript Ajax   EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems; 7+ years of testing automation experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Quality certification such as CMQ, CQA, CQPA, CQT, CSQE, or CSSBB are preferred but not required.
