Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Evaluate nonfunctional requirement documents and identify performance test needs types of tests, scripting scenarios, volume projections, etc
2. Develop test execution scenarios for various types of tests such as load, stress, durationendurance, and run tests
3. Document test results and develop custom made summary reports to satisfy both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
