Job Responsibilities

•             7+ years of IT experience specializing in Software Testing (Manual & Automation Testing).

•             Onsite test lead, Experience in Agile/ scrum methodology, Functional testing, Exposure to Automation testing

•             Knowledge of SQL and Testing Java applications.

•             Experience in Insurance domain (specially in Wokers' Compensation LOB) and exposure to Claims Medical management process including medical bill review and provider management, Document management(Documentum) and Legal applications.

•             Understanding & experience working on Worksoft certify/Selenium, Devops process, SVN, Jenkins, Jira, Sql developer, Unix.

•             Work as a lead QA for scrum team

•             Support/Co-ordinate UAT, End to end testing and Cross scrum team testing

•             Coordinate with Scrum master, product owner and Scrum team in planning\estimation on QA tasks for Sprint.

•             Participate in Sprint planning sessions and scrum meetings

•             Coordinate with other QA members at both onsite and offshore

•             Adhere to QA and Agile Scrum Standards and process

•             Defect Management -Evaluate and log defects identified and follow-up till they are fixed and retest

•             Plan, Review and Automation testing tasks for the Sprint.

•             Capable of working on multiple projects and various tasks simultaneously and independently

•             Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills
